The small hotel is in a quiet street, not so close to the center of Gramado, but in a manageable distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, even the people who do not speak any English tried to make our stay comfortable. On the night of our arrival, the receptionist was made everything in his power to help us over the phone even if our problem had nothing to do with the hotel service. The breakfast was super good.
