"Misleading Communication. I would not advise on Staying"

The location seemed good on the site.

We were promised a double bed and when we arrived, there were two singles. The room was dark and depressing. We didn’t want to stay there and were very disappointed. When we tried to cancel, the manager told us we would get a refund yet the owner didn’t approve it in writing, despite the manager saying she had done. We left very disappointed and have been misled. The matter is still unresolved.

La ubicación en el precioso barrio del Albaicín. También el estilo antiguo y sólido de los muebles y sobre todo el patio andaluz.

El sofá-cama es mejorable.
