La incomodidad de ser tres pisos y que hacía frío y había que organizar la calefacción porque al poner todo a la vez se bajaban los plomos

The host, Juan, met us at the property to hand over the keys. He was friendly and gave us a very useful introduction to the apartment and orientation to the local area. This included marking useful places on a map of the city, walking with us round the local area to show us the local market, tourist information, and recommendations of where to eat etc. He also provided a summary of the history of Granada to support guests to have a really good experience of the city. The apartment is very central and in a great position to walk to explore all the main sites or to access local bus or taxis.

During our stay late November evening temperatures required us to use the aircon to heat the apartment which understandably took a little while to be effective.

Host was exceptional and he cares about ensuring the property is accommodating. The location within Granada is exceptional. The space is very large for a location within the city. The entire apartment was very well appointed and clean. The apartment is quiet for sleeping as the master has a king size bed (two twins) on the third apartment level (and it is a large bed room surrounded by windows with good shades). Beds, pillows, linens, towels were all of good quality and clean. This apartment was one of the best values for our money among the many places we've stayed in Europe.

We did not find the sofa in the living room comfortable.

The location is very central, walking distance to many monuments and close to public transportation. The host was exceptional: he greeted us and gave us a great introduction to Granada. He responded to our messages right away. There were a variety of coffees and teas, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, a big bottle of water, milk, jelly, butter and cookies for us. The master bedroom located on the top floor is beautifully decorated and has fantastic views. The host thought of every little detail to make us feel at home. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. We felt very comfortable and would love to go back.

There were a lot of stairs, but we already knew this upfront. There’s 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Then, the apartment itself is on 3 levels. The kitchen, living room and first bathroom, at one level, then you go up one floor to the second bedroom and the second bathroom, then another floor to the master bedroom. It was very quiet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, but there was street noise on Thursday night.

La ubicación es fantástica, al lado de la catedral y la Plaza de la Universidad. Es un edificio antiguo con un precioso patio dentro. Muy limpio con camas muy cómodas. Los anfitriones dejan todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: café, cervezas, aceite, sal, leche, detergente etc, no es lo habitual. Gracias, seguro que repetiremos.

Ubicación excelente. Cerca de la Catedral, a cinco minutos andando. El dueño muy amable. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y más.

Very nice apartment on 3 levels. Well set up and very tidy. Prompt response to any questions. Met by the host at the apartment and shown through. Provided great recommendations for dining. Well located to central area; Old Arabic area is fantastic. Alhambra 20-25 min walk. There is a cocktail bar next door on the ground floor which opens at 2200h and runs late.

Location Location Locations!! The property is amazing and very well equipped. Juan and Theresa are excellent hosts.
