The apartment is conveniently located in the historic part of the city, close to the main sights, and also just a walking distance to the bus 33 stop, which takes you to the bus station. It was very clean and well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay, even more than we expected. The host Josue was very friendly and helpful, always in touch when necessary. We had a small issue with Internet when we arrived, but Josue solved it very fast, within half an hour after I reached him. The check-in and check-out were easy, Josue met us near the apartment to hand over the keys and show around. He also provided us with great recommendations about sight to see and restaurants to go to. There was a lot of tourist information about Granada in the apartment, like maps, brochures, and books. Great help to those who visit the city for the first time, like us! It was also very thoughtful of Josue to let us store our luggage after check-out, since our bus was leaving later in the afternoon, and in general he made us feel really welcome in the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Location and the great service from Josue, everything was perfect.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was provided, from essentials, to cooking necessities, to laundry detergent. The location was great too. Check in and out went smoothly. The host was very friendly, and even offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable price, which we greatly appreciated.

Personal preference - the bed was too soft.

Good location, not too close to the night noise

I specifically booked this apartment as it offered self-catering facilities. This is extremely important for us as my son has a number of food allergies that make eating outside very difficult. People in this situation would understand what I am talking about. However, when we got in, we realised that the oven was not working and after contacting the owner we were told it will not be replaced until after our stay. So, we had to throw away a lot of the freezer food we bought for the oven and go outside to eat for more than we would have liked. Both situations added to our costs and the owner refused to compensate us for the fact that the property was rented to us not as advertised and for the additional expenditure. Also, for those of you like us, if you think about self-catering, please bring your own pans, the non-stick ones in the property are full of scratches.

Josue was very helpful and coordinated a meeting location and helped us thru the check in-out process. The apartment is in the ground floor of an inner courtyard which made entry easy . Very quiet and comfortable enough for a couple and two kids. Facilities are fine and good for a short stay. Washing machine and parking availability is a big plus. Location is fantastic, with easy waking access to all the places of interesting Granada has to offer. The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood in the old town area!

Provide guests with a collapsible drying rack for easier washing/drying within the apartment. Refresh the kitchen utensils. We could not get local or cable TV channels but were able to connect our laptop to the TV to watch our favorite Netflix series.

The apartment is well equipped, quite big and on a nice location.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It's in a great location and the host was welcoming and genuinely friendly. If in Granada again, I can't imagine staying elsewhere.
