"a big disappointment"

Location is just perfect!

Okay, first things frist. Those pictures were taken YEARS ago. The quality of the place has nothing to do with what we can see here. It’s dirty (bathtub, toilet, bedding), not taken care of (as a first thing you will be told to be careful with the sink in the bathroom as it might fall off; stinky water in the frame of the window next to the bathtub). It’s a disaster and it’s not even all. The biggest surprise was to find out that „the apartment” in reality is a flat splitted in two and in the kitchen you have a door to the neighbours. As we came from the airport around 10 pm, we ran off from this place first thing in the morning. This way, a one week stay turned into one night stay. The only plus in this situation was the customer service as they didn’t make any problems, but I had to call booking.com to push the situation further and change the reservation and get the money back.
