tuGuest Alhondiga Apartment

The sofa bed was broken on arrival, we informed the hosts, but it was uncomfortable to sleep on where it was broken, lack of glasses, only I wine glass.

Very comfortable apartments. Best location.

Apartment is big and comfortable. In Good location.

The water in shower not drain very well

We loved the centric location and how big the apartment was. The AC worked perfectly and we had plenty of hot water for four people. Lockbox outside of main door with building and unit keys was very convenient. Very quiet building. Would definitely stay there again.

The towels did not smell very good when being used. Other than that everything was great.

Difficult to sleep due to noise from cars and motorbikes on the street behind intermittently through the night and noise from the apartment above (sounded like furniture being moved around at 1am). Plasticky underblankets on the bed that crinkle every time you turn over. Air con in the main bedroom buzzed like a coffee machine every 10-15 mins so we had to turn it off overnight despite the heat. Reported to reception and sent a video. Was told they would consult maintenance but no-one ever came to look at it so had to go without for a second night.

This property was supposed to be our favorite spot, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. check in is at 3pm, our apartment was not ready until 11pm. the contact person refused to answer any messages or call during that time. we arrived at 3pm, when we entered the place it was a mess, a foul smell and towels and sheets scattered all over the place. They asked us to to leave our luggage and come back in 2hrs. we went about exploring the city and retired at 7pm, to the apartment untouched. finally at 8pm a person came and asked us to return at 10pm. a full day of traveling and we could not shower or rest. finally at 11pm we come back to the place semi clean. the coffee pot was full of calcification, dirty utensils, stains on the pillow/bed. peoples hair all over the apartment and shower. they left us damp/wet towels on the bed to use. we had to buy temporary towels to cause we weren’t sure if the towels provided were even washed. they refused to refund us 1 night even thou we did not use the place an entire day. tuGuest I assume has a few of properties in Grenada, I’m not sure if all are the same, but this particular has to be the worst.

tuGuest has horrible customer service, they would not even respond to booking.com who they are serviced thru. 2 weeks later and they still refuse to respond

so roomy! lots of amenities such as washer, large drying rack, coffee, toiletries.
