El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy limpio y equipado, no le falta de nada. Grazia, su anfitriona, muy amable y agradable. Una estancia de 10.

Olía un poco a humedad.

The ground floor studio has only windows that open onto an internal service courtyard. As soon as you enter the apartment you are hit with an unpleasant smell and a feeling of dampness and stuffiness due to the lack of natural ventilation. This comment was made by previous reviewers and unfortunately the issue still persists. In fact, I had to keep the apartment door open most of the time during my stay to let in fresh air. Although fully equipped, The flat lacks a sofa due to tightness of space and could do with a sensor operated light by the main door that opens onto the dark courtyard at night.

The apartment was excellent, cozy, and has a great location.

There was a lot of moisture in the room.

The location is near the metro station (5 minutes walk) and in a walkable distance from the city center (20-30 min). One of the beaches is near the apartment (15-20 min walk). Additionally, right next to the apartment is a pizza restaurant, and not far away super market, venting machines (for the late hours) and pharmacy. The apartment is very clean and cozy, perfect for couples. Our host was very helpful!! The city vibe is incredible and a bit "underground" for the lovers of such locations. The dishes are awesome and very economic ... you must try cannoli, arancini, pistachio granita and Cassatella di sant'Agata.

The city restaurants closes at 23.00-00.00, thus somebody must be prepared beforehand for that.

The apartment is very well located. The area feels safe and not far at all from the city center. The apartment is super clean and cozy. We felt absolutely comfortable there.
