It was clean

The property is advertised incorrectly once I got there the owner charged me double. He does not say the property he charges per person. He charged me double. He was so greedy for the money the moment I arrived he started the asking for money like a poor person. The dustbins were never emptied No clean towels or linen were ever supplied. No toilet paper supplied. The owner is a miserable person and totally unhelpful All he was after is money. There is much better accommodation in the area for less money. It has been the worst experience. There is no TV. There is no back up power during load shedding. No washing machine. Very unpleasant owner who wanted more money from me when i was 1 minute late on checkout. He also took payment into his personal account and did not want me to pay via the booking.com channel

The hospitality was great. The host was friendly and ensured that we get updates on areas to visit including load shedding schedule.

Although they provided extra blankets, maybe they can consider heater to warm up the house.

The place is nearer to all attractions.The host was welcoming and helpful when our car trailer had a problem.

The beds were uncomfortable.The rooms were very dirty, and sheets were never changed for the 4days we were there.The dustbin we used even had a smell before it was changed.The dining table was very small since we were a group of 6,only 4 chairs were available.There was a dog roaming around so we couldn't even go outside.There were no coathangers in the wardrobes to hang our clothes ,and since our rooms were dirty and dusty we couldn't even take them out from our suitcases,worse the iron kept was not working 😕.I would not recommend this place to anyone

Place is neat and smells fresh. The owner and wife are friendly. A good place to relax. We had the whole house to ourselves so that means our stuff was secured.

I wish we could have been on an upstairs level so that we can see the beautiful mountains and also experience the misty air. We travel as a group, we couldn’t have our friends over hence we spent most of our day together in their cottage instead of our place. Basically that defeats the whole self catering scene for us because we wanted to be able to have friends over and have a Lekker braai and drinks.

The was no staff , since we entered it has never bein cleaned, for 3 nyts no change of bedding.

Hospitality and warmth of the owners. They treat you like family. The place is a sto e throw to all attraction sites and stores. Safe neighborhood
