Once you understand that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense, the check-in process is easy. There is no sign on the building for Uniclub, so call the number on your reservation and a nice gentleman who speaks English will let you in. I was expecting a single room but it was a spacious apartment! Very close to the shopping area while being quieter.

The sheets were rough and smelled very strongly of fabric softener. For someone with allergies, this might be an issue.
