Old fashioned and quaint

Really needs decorating to bring up to scratch

Location was ok just grubby and lots of problems do not stay here.

Place had not been cleaned, dirty blood stained bedding dumper in the shower, damp coming through the bedroom wall, kitchen flooded overnight from a leak in the ceiling, owner did nothing about it, smelly and untidy, this place should not be rented out to anybody.

Being near the harbour

The place was very clean and there were adequate facilities. It was close to the main town roughly five minutes walk away which was ideal

Parking was a bit difficult, there was a lot of noise from the property above us all hours of the night. It would have been nice to have some information about how to connect to WiFi too.

Comfortable property, fine for us and our two little dogs. 10 min walk from the harbor. A few light bulbs not working, a little damp on the top of the walls. Very tight for parking and not a lot of room to get up the drive due to the car on there. Overall it was fine

No Wi-Fi which for the price we would have expected. Only One loo roll. Nothing like salt and pepper or cooking oil included.

The layout and facilities of the property were great and the distance to shops and cafes was perfect, the bed was very comfy and we liked how there was flyers for takeaways and things to do.

The plates and cups weren't the most clean

it was in walking distance to Brixham harbour, also easy to get to surrounding places of interest

parking. I don’t like parallel parking
