Номер достаточно комфортный, удобная кровать, необходимая мебель и стиральная машина. В квартире было чисто. Очень удобное месторасположение, недалеко жд вокзал, через дорогу супермаркет, в двух кварталах центр города. Хозяин написал заранее, уточнив время приезда и передал ключи через почтовый ящик

Не было интернета и никакой возможности подключиться к интернету, несмотря на то, что в условиях при резервировании был указан свободный доступ. Роутер был в квартире и подавал сигнал, но подключиться было невозможно. На мои письма относительно невозможности подключиться к Интернету, ответа не было. Мне был нужен вай-фай для ноутбука. Отсутствие интернета испортило все впечатление, к сожалению.

"Ungepflegt und abgewohnt"

Die Wohnung liegt relativ nah am Zentrum, sodass man auch fußläufig alles erreichen kann.

Leider wirkt die Wohnung vernachlässigt. Die Wände sind schmuddelig und abgewohnt, an vielen Stellen sind kaputte Stellen, an den Fliesen ist der Schimmel notdürftig mit weißer Farbe übertüncht und wenn man aus dem Balkon schaut, blickt man direkt auf Mülltonnen und Unkrautwüste. Außerdem riecht es unangenehm nach Rauch. Die Wohnung bräuchte Reparaturen und dringend einen Anstrich. Für diese Umstände ist mir der Preis deutlich zu hoch.
