Vertex Luxury Suite - close to East Croydon Station

Easy Check-in, Friendly and helpful staff. Love the floor location gives it a lovely cross-breeze and a decent view of the area.

Very Homey, kinda made me feel like I was in someone else’s bed (maybe cos the sheets weren’t white). Some of the furnishings (radiators) were hanging off so I had to be extra careful not to damage it more. Toilet seat needs changing as wear made it look dirty (even tho it wasn’t the case). I’m aware that most of my dislikes maybe what others are looking for, still a great apartment and I would stay there again

We stayed for 5 nights. We were given one bath towel each and no hand towel. We requested additional and they never materialised. The apartment was extremely hot and it was difficult to sleep. Due to road noise leaving the window open was not an option. There was a fan in the bedroom which we needed to use when there. The bathroom could benefit from a mat in the bath as it was very slippy. The entrance hall/reception area had an unpleasant odour (urine) outside the control of the owners but unpleasant on entry and when walking through. Wouldn’t stay again and the stay was over priced for what it was.

The door code at the main entrance didn’t work. Was unable to get in. Someone had to open for me . Also where the key lock is , it’s dark had to use phone torch to see the safe.

One of the best apartments I've stayed in the UK. super clean and comfortable house. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. super equipped kitchen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ comfortable and very airy room. clean and scented bed sheets. clean and scented new towels. the bathroom had toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash. I definitely recommend the apartment and will be back. the super communicative hosts responded to anything you asked within seconds. they were super kind and reliable. after cleaning and checking, they refunded the deposit the same day we left.

Very close to town centre  do you ever had the idea of putting the fan in the bedroom was a good one

it is a little bit spacious compared to some house I saw

the place was very hot . They had a small fan. The stove did not work throughout my stay. I had to use the microwave to my food. There was no instructions on how to use the stove.

the property was clean, well equipped and easy to find.

i liked the space off the room bigger in person than the pictures, very clean and had a balcony which has a very nice view!
