Comfortable apartment, very spacious, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Short walk to town center. Underground car park easy to access.

No air conditioning, maybe small fan would be ideal for summer time

I liked how close I was situated to the Lausitz Arena for the gymnastics competition I was down for. The communication with the property owner was brilliant and she was very helpful. Me and my mum had a really good time. I’ll definitely be back here again. 😁

The Sat nav of the car didn’t take me to the lock box. I had to use my phones map. Which was fine. And the location of the carpark was hard to find at first as it wasn’t really clear. But got there in the end.

Nice, modern, clean apartment. We didn't use the kitchen or the shower and only stayed one night but it was perfect for our short stay.

There was a very bright light outside the window so we had to keep the window coverings closed more than I like. Normally, I like to have the windows open for fresh air but this was not possible.

Beautiful appointed apartment in the center of Cottbus. The old town with plenty of Restaurants and shopping is walking distance. Apartment and Kitchen are well equipped, free parking available, good WLAN

Handover of keys at check-in works via a key box, which is situated 500m away.

We had a one-night stay in Cottbus and this was the perfect fit. A stylish and cosy home away from home.

Nice calm location, underground parking, very clean room, lot of accesories for cooking, double bed, easy to reach owner in case of questions. Good description sent in advance (including pictures) of location of parking and entry to the accomodation before arrival.

Generally all good but I would add picture of the gate opening locker at the beginning of the ramp to garage, so that people know what to search for.
