Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen - müsste renoviert werden - Blick vom Balkon ist das positive und der sehr nette Vermieter

Renovierung dringend notwendig - keine Infrastruktur ( Restaurant, Supermarkt) - weit entfernt von jeder Zivilisation - auto notwendig - schlecht für ältere Personen - Gepäck muss über steile Treppen getragen werden. Pool klein ohne eine Liege …. Öffnungszeiten seltsam 🤨 Unterkunft sehr hellhörig - schreiende Kinder

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El apartamento impecable, las vistas geniales, con el mar, los atardeceres. La piscina no es muy grande pero muy bien para darse un chapuzón. A dos minutos en coche tienes una playa. Para relax es muy recomendable. No hay mucho turismo.

La zona está algo descuidada, los alrededores. Si no llevas coche es complicado moverse, aunque justo delante de la urbanización está la parada del bus. Los bares y tiendas están a 2 minutos en coche.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host, Miguel, was very kind and welcoming, and he provided us with all the important information we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The location was quiet, perfect, and truly beautiful – ideal for relaxing. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its absolutely amazing view! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

i don't think there was anything negative :) if we ever decide to visit Gran Canaria again, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Każdy ma swoje oczekiwania. Naszymi były cisza, brak tłumów, widok. To wszystko znaleźliśmy. Jeśli lubisz kieliszek wina przy dźwiękach fal , książkę o poranku albo w kolorach zachodzącego słońca ser, jamom, prażone migdały i spokój to miejsce jest dla Ciebie. Wygodny materac w małej sypialni. Taras z pięknym widokiem. Co do reszty to kwestia gustu i osobistych wymagań.

"I would go back again."

The location is very unique and peaceful. There is a lighthouse near the apartment. Amazing sunsets from the terrace. Double bed and the box-bed were comfortable. Nice idea for cold drinks: Frozen glasses in the fridge. Detergent for the washing machine was provided.

I needed some equipment in the kitchen (garlis perss, knife etc.) There was just one knife. The sofa bed is not good for sleeping.
