"Quiet, safe, clean."

The flat is in a safe, quiet area, it was very clean and well prepared. It had everything necessary, heating was able to be controlled and the flat itself was very quiet. The host met me to hand over keys and show me around. There was plentiful, free parking outside/couple of doors down.

Fabulously clean and warm flat in a handy location with nice amenities and easy bus access to city centre. Friendly host too. I recommend it completely.

Two negatives, though neither detracted too much from my stay. Firstly, the flat would have benefited from a small dining table and chairs - a strange omission since there's plenty of room for them. Secondly, while the sofas look great they are extremely uncomfortable and impossible to relax on for any period of time.
