Spacious and nice facilities. Snack provided as a welcome package and coffee beans, salt, pepper, spices, soap, etc. available, without leaving an impression of leftover items from previous guests.

Cumbersome to get the key, due to a lack of prior information. Not the best area of Hamburg to spend a family weekend with kids.

Amazing location! Hamburger Dom, Reeperbahn and Hafen were walking distance :)

The wifi didn't work at first but when reported it was fixed rapidly so can not complain.
