Molto bella e pulita. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Letti molto comodi anche i cuscini, cosa non scontata.

Muri bassi e la parte superiore dell’appartamento è in pendenza..quindi può non esser sicuro per chi magari ha problemi di deambulazione. Il doccino della doccia è piccolo e esce poca acqua.. ma in compenso la doccia è molto spaziosa e bene fatta. Una cosa un po’ sgradevole..è che quando si arriva a casa / nel giardino della casa c’è un gran odore di cibo, cibo orientale sgradevole.

Tremendous threats in entering to the house; the lock did not work.Only people who live in this house assisted in receiving a key to the apartment.However, even more serious threats were with receiving a proper receipt for staying.Dont have it. The company in charge of service did not give a receipt for the money i paid and all messages/calls received unanswered.They simply did do anything to assist with the right receipt money paid in advance.Not recommend to have a deal with this accomodation.

L’appartamento è nuovo, molto pulito e spazioso.

Il condizionatore presente non raffredda sufficientemente l’abitazione. L’aria fatica ad arrivare al piano superiore dove ci sono gli altri due letti.

La struttura è buona per 2 persone, massimo tre.

Struttura non adatta per quattro persone e specialmente in estate quando c’è molto caldo e un climatizzatore al primo piano non è sufficiente a raffreddare il piano rialzato, tra l’altro privo di balcone o finestra. Il letto in più non permetteva di utilizzare l’unico armadio presente e siamo stati 3 giorni con le valigie sulle sedie e per terra: tipo profughi. 😱 Inoltre cattivo odore di fogna al piano rialzato e inquilini un po’ troppo rumorosi

Super location !! Very clean and modern facility and spacious.

For 6 nights stay, we only received 1 toilet paper… apparently that is how it is, but I would like to have at least 2 toilet papers, until we find the time to purchase extras. We arrived late, plus next day was a holiday so as a traveler I was a bit nervous exactly when the stores are open etc. Also having have to do the trash before check out ourselves are okay, but not really convenient(also we have to separate our trash diligently). VERY small beds. One of those just big enough for you to lay down but not even space to turn much… fortunately the mattress was good so I was able to sleep but I am not used to sleep in such a small bed.

The apartment is even better than the pictures. Great location, perfect pillows and matresses and wonderful host.

Great place and location was amazing! Great shops and restaurants in walking distance.

I did not like that the host claimed we lost some garbage card that was never given to us and charged me 40 Euros for something I did not misplace. Can't misplace something when you never received it!! As well, for anyone staying in the Ferrara area they have a very big market on Fridays and it takes place in a parking lot and if you leave your car overnight it will get towed. That's what happened to us!! The Host could have told us and all the extra charges for towing, tickets and garbage tags could have been avoided.
