"Comfortable base for a two night stopover to see family and lodge was well kitted out"

Convenient for visiting our daughter, son n law and granddaughter in Helston whilst the other grandparents stayed at their house

Little cold inside when we arrived on Saturday afternoon due to the general low outside temperature and it took some warming up at first.

Beautiful setting, super staff. Very central location for major tourist attractions & towns. Would definitely stay again! 👌

Nothing really, except gardens could perhaps be fenced in for safety of children & dogs? 🤔

"Particularly loved the rabbits hopping through the gardens."

There were a few issues with the bathroom door sticking to the floor. Also the fridge ( freezer compartment) was broken. I think with a bit more eye to detail everything could have been top notch.

"Perfect getaway"

The rooms are nicely sized it's a perfect little self contained house it was the perfect little get away we were looking for I would definitely stay again, the views by the way so beautiful! And it was close to everything (by car) 15 mins to the beach 5 mins to town.

We couldn't get the hot tub hot enough to get in and there was no dish soap to clean up after ourselves
