The host. Location was not where I wanted to be

I had originally booked another location but was told that it wasn’t available upon arrival, my trip was paid for as a guest so I was prompt to go to that location and my phone was not charged enough. I lost communication after I retried to book another ride accommodated by the host. I didn’t make it to the Airbnb until after midnight. It’d been booked for 4 hours by then. I had to sit outside the first booking location looking for a charger in an unfamiliar area, asking random people at night as a single female. I feel cheated because of the location being further away from my job than the original Airbnb
