The location is great, nice little apartment, good pool, decent little workout room, on site coin laundry. Mostly quiet but still a lot of restaurant and convenience store options nearby.

Some renovations going on in nearby apartments in the late morning and afternoon, and of course the idiots with the loudspeaker trucks that go by on the streets from time to time, but that isn't as bad in this part of town.

The outlet the router is plugged into is broken, so the internet can be a bit finicky.

"Great apartment to stay weekend or live"

Excellent location, 5-7 mins walk to the beach, apartment is great for both short term and long term rental. Free and fast WiFi. Great pool area. Floor is 3rd but great view over Takiab mountain. 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. Definitely will stay again 😃
