Lovely apartment with pool and sea view

Great apartment with plenty of space, with beautiful views of the beach/bar...great for "people watching"

Accessibility from the main road, very difficult to go to/from hotel without having to climb uphill/steps which was difficult (and I'm reasonably fit), we found that getting a Bolt was an option of getting around this! Lastly it would've been nice if the host a left a bottle of water on our arrival, and there was no shower gel, which both are inexpensive and could have easily been laid on. All that said, it didn't take away from is enjoying this wonderful apartment!

The location is very good, right in front of the beach and a long promenade.

The apartment is dated, needs new kitchen appliances, air conditioning, new sheets and towels. The beds are not comfortable, needs a double sofa bed in the living room instead of pointless 3 seater sofas. The pool area looks forgotten, and the pool itself not very clean. Not toiletries, not washing up powder, only an old sponge in the kitchen and toilet paper in the bathroom thankfully.

-Beautiful appartment right on the beach (Praia Formosa) with amazing sea view. Superb location even if you don't have a car (bus stop right outside the parking lot) A beautiful promenade leads through an interesting cave-like tunnel with sneak peaks to the ocean to the local natural pools (doca do Cavacas) -The apartment is well-equipped, hot water was available 24/7, everything was super clean, the decoration was fresh, and there is even a washing machine. -Still and sparkling water, a generous amount of capsules for the coffee machine, and a bolo de mel (local desert) welcomed us to the house- very thoughtful! Besides, the host was very responsive and eager to help. -The building (Atlantic Gardens Beach) has a code-protected door, a concierge service, private pool, private parking lot (very beautiful!), vending machines on the ground floor (snacks, drinks, and coffee), and a recycling room by the elevator on each floor.

The only thing we would appreciate for next time is a bed-binder, since we had trouble keeping the twin beds united in a king bed.

A lovely apartment, with a incredible view! A very helpfull host. We had a great time there. The wifi is fast and reliable. Parking the car was easy. (it is rare in Madeira)

The TV was okay, but i missed a smartTV to view streaming services, photos.

- no sound insulation in the bedroom, loud noises from neighbors, court - The bathroom needs renovation, it is only nicely decorated but really old. lots of waterscale - the bed was uncomfortable

Nicely decorated apartment with a lot of daylight. A welcome gift (water, wine, and local pastry) delighted us upon arrival. Amazing view, sunrises and sunsets from a balcony with seating.

We didn't have a new sponge in the kitchen but the old dirty one, dishwashing liquid was also missing, but we bought them later in a local supermarket.

We enjoyed our three night stay in this sea view apartment. The view was incredible and the sound from the ocean waves was very soothing. The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning but leaving the patio door open and bedroom window open, kept it comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area.

As the apartment only had a bar size fridge and no stove, we wouldn’t recommended for a long stay if you planned to cook your own meals.
