Very good accommodation, comfortable with all the necessary things for a multi-day stay. Close to all the sights and the historic city, so no need for a car. Close to public transport. Free parking. Close to the beach. Only 4 km from the airport. First of all, a very hospitable owner. Even though it was very late, she welcomed us and accommodated us. We received all the necessary instructions for everything we needed. She gave us very good walking routes, suggestions for restaurants and visits to other beautiful places in the area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. At the end, she personally came to say hello and gave us souvenirs. Once again, many thanks and I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to which I would return again.

Piękny ,czysty, zadbany apartament Wszędzie blisko Właścicielka kochana, zameldowanie perfekcyjne mogliśmy być szybciej niż na stronie. Przy wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże ponieważ mieliśmy o 22 wylot . Będziemy polecać ten nocleg . Dziękujemy Pani jeszcze raz ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Geri is a very warm host and made our stay very comfortable, gave us tips on good restaurants and tours and waited for us with refreshments. We even received some nice hand made presents. The appartment itself is as described, has AC and everything you need for a short stay. It even has a view over Etna. Friendly neighbours.

The neighbourhood might seem shady at first, but it's just a part of how Catania is as a city, big ancient monuments behind less well kept facades and fairly busy traffic. 20-30 minutes walking towards beach/centrum/other attractions if you're not up for renting a car or trying out the local busses.

The responsivness, hospitality and friendly attitude of my host Geri was remarkable. The apartment was well equipped. The view at Etna from the little balcony was stunning.

I didn't mind many flights of stairs, but this is to consider for those who have problems with walking.
