La limpieza insuficiente: el apartamento olia muy mal e intentaban taparlo con ambientador. Los cojines del sofá apestaban. Hubo que guardarlos. El parquet estaba descolocado. El sofá olia a tabaco y químico. La campana de la cocina chorreaba. Para recoger las llaves nos hicieron dar un buen paseo. Querían cobrarnos una fianza no pactada para poder entrar. Quisieron que cancelaramos la reserva sin motivo.

Comfy bed and great location was only real plus point

Would've been nice to have some tea and coffee supplied. Flat not overly clean Key pick up a nightmare.

Location. The owner was responsive when we called him and expressed concern about our complaints.

Key pick up was not convenient we had to collect from a shop and were given two addresses and of course, we picked the wrong one. ! The flat was certainly not stunning or charming. It was dirty, the blinds in the living room are broken. The area rug in the living room is dirty and full of stains. The bathroom was superficially clean , but there was hair and dirt in the corners. The toilet seat was broken and didn't fit the toilet. The toilet brush had no handle , so couldn't be used. There is a smell of damp throughout the flat. If the flat had a deep clean , broken things repaired it could pass as adequate. The owner also needs to remove all of his personal mail.

Clean , tidy , modern and great location

the view form the balcony , access for the key was ok.

The apartment was a little bit old .

It was clean and right in the middle of all that we needed.

One of the window was broken and wasn’t fixed till we left.
