"Ideal location for business exhibiting at SEC."

Location, location, location! Centrally placed, ideal for city centre and SEC only 10 min away by car. Parking space a bonus.

One bathroom is bath and handheld shower head only. Car parking space limited by pillars on either side.

"Superb"

Landlord was very helpful and available to reach through phone call. Flat was very clean and great value for money. With a great location. Instructions for the location of the flat and how to access the lock box were clear and easy to understand.

"Great centrally located flat"

Great location, comfortable, good size, and great value. Car parking was a great bonus.

Nothing really, we had a problem with a leak from upstairs but didn’t really affect us that much.

Thankyou to Gary for excellent entry instructions and response to queries was wonderful Proximity to the city was exceptional. Everything was very neat, clean and tidy. Had everything we could have needed.

Still don't like not having a top sheet on the bed.
