Late check-in after 21:00 may also be possible by appointment only. This must be arranged 48 hours in advance. There is a late check-in fee of GBP 40 between 21:00 and 00:00. No un-arranged check in is possible after 00:00. Cleaning service is carried out weekly. Total apartment occupancy includes adults and children. For infants (under 2 years) an additional cot/crib may be requested - maximum 1 per apartment.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. The stay was up to date and pristine. It was very secure, needing to key into the complex. The apartment was easy to find, but it helps that they show you to the apartment and show you the ins and outs of the property. It was located close to anything. Aldis was right around the corner for groceries. There is a hop on hop off bus station about 2 blocks away. It was a 15 minute walk to the concert hall and shopping areas. Right across the street was Merchant Square where there are some great eating and drink options.

This is such a small thing, but helpful for some: our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. We didn't mind, but some might need an elevator.

We were not provided with breakfast.

The fridge needs repairs. I had medication that needed to be kept cold and the fridge did not keep it cold.
