Everything that you could need was supplied, including extras. Instructions were clear and concise, and everything to a high specification.

An 11am check out would have been appreciated, but didn't detract from the experience.

Location was perfect for our visit to family in Fordham.

No extractor fan and heated towel rail in the bathroom which made it difficult to dry bath towels.

Everything, it was so cozy and peaceful which was definitely needed after some long days in the office.

Nothing not to like..I think if I was being picky id say firmer pillows but that's just personal preference

"Cold as heating never did come on and owners gone to bed"

It was clean

Parking was on grass no heating on as said flashing light on all night in kitchen.no hair dryer hot water in sink in bathroom very dangerous. Property is a converted garage not annex or apartment as described.
