Attended newmarket races and this annex was in a great location for that. It was a lovely accommodation, very clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and had all cooking Utensils

The room is small but compact with everything you need, it has got lots of hi-tech in it, the kitchen was well laid out and came with a microwave that could cook a whole meal, the bed was lovely and comfy, as was the quilt and pillows, there was a TV, Iron, Hairdryer, the shower was lovely and easy to use.

The TV was small, and there was no fan in the bathroom so all the steam stays in there.

Nice location. Very quiet and peaceful area. Room/annexe was comfortable and clean. Couldn't fault it in any way. 10/10. Shops weren't very far away so ideal.

Very strong mould buildup smell. Under the bed is not cleaned for long time

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Ideal as a base for touring.

Front door step was unstable. Would be better if solid. I felt insecure when using it although i am normally very sure-footed. An external hand rail could also benefit more elderly or unsteady visitors.

Lovely little Annex, great place to stay I had a lovely sleep and would definitely stay on my next trip. Thanks again!

Spotless, great value for money and owners were extremely helpful! Cannot fault!

Due to a wedding we got in really late and only had one night booked so didn’t get to spend much time there. If you can even call that a negative!
