They have heat pumps/AC you can control so we were warm during the winter (once we figured out how to use them) Fully equipped kitchen (good manual over-the-stove coffee maker, electric tea kettle, a microwave, a panini bread toaster: everything a tourist needs to be able to have a breakfast at home) It has two fully equipped bathrooms

Beware the second bathroom may leak: it is hard to use it without water leaking. Not really a problem if you know about it :) The rooms are small (which is not really a problem)

Super easy check-in, great location just a few minutes away from all the sightseeing hot spots, comfy bed, everything in the apartment that you needed

Quite dark and cold (you can use the AC as a heating however) and especially super cold floor due to tiles, wi-fi was nearly unusable unfortunately which was a shame bc we work remotely, from the pictures it looked like our own terrace but it was a shared space without privacy

Loved the location and overall apartment facilities. Host was helpful and willing to assist.

a bit better communication before and during arrival, but nothing that could use more than just a bit of improvement.

Great location. I had a longer stay of 2,5 weeks. First on business with a colleague, then on my own, and finally on holiday with my husband. No need to check in and out between the reservations, but the apartment was cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed twice.

Be careful with the water cooker - the surface gets HOT.

Central location, close to restaurants, shops and sights. Homelike apartment, perfect for a longer stay - a lot nicer than a boring hotel room. Super quick correspondence with the staff. The sofa bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on - but only for one person.

The apartment was in a fantastic location right on the edge of Albaicín and within easy walking distance to the Alhambra. The air conditioning was a massive plus as it kept us cool during 35°c temperatures outside! The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was fairly comfortable. We loved having use of the roof terrace (shared with two other holiday apartments - though we never saw them) and sat up there several times. The hosts communicated to us via the booking.com portal and even recommended some flamenco shows to us.

The toilet broke while we were there and was continually flushing. Hosts instructed us how to manage the issue (by turning off the water) though it wasn't ideal and it didn't get fixed while we were there. There is no lift - no problem for us, but worth bearing in mind. The sofa wasn't super comfy. Only one bowl so one of us had to use a mug to eat our cereal. (Most of these aren't major but the toilet issue was a bit annoying).
