Boa localização.

Não entregou o que estava de fato no anúncio, duplex nos fundos da casa, e nas fotos apresentadas eram da frente. Constava também vaga de garagem, o que de fato não tinha, carro ficou na rua. Casa incompleta no quesito cozinha, utensílios velhos e mal cuidados, eletrodomésticos (geladeira e fogão)em péssimo estado, mal funcionavam.
