The absolute highlight are the hosts: very attentive, helpful, and kind. The place is very nice. I could really feel at home

Federica is a sweetheart 🫶🏼 Easy communication, all our needs were met! We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and clean place, very close to the center, always available parking spots right outside the apartment.

-Very very noisy neighbours. On the side, they were blasting music one evening and the house was shaking. Right above, they had friends over regularly with kids and you could hear constant running. One night they stood out in the staircase chatting loudly until well after midnight. And Generally the apartment needs an insulated entrance door and at least a proper solid core door to the bedroom and insulation to its ceiling so that people can sleep properly. -Neighborhood looks a bit rough, loads of broken glass on the street.

The spacious Catania apartment was conveniently located, just a short 15-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. The accommodations were comfortable, with separate living and sleeping areas, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were gracious and flexible, accommodating our check-in times. The presence of two efficient air conditioning units was a great relief, considering the sweltering heat of Catania.

Unfortunately, the sound insulation towards the stairway was lacking. Conversations and activities from passing neighbors along the stairwell were clearly audible within the apartment.

The communication with the owner was really great. In general all the amenities were there. It has free street parking outside. It is close to the center. So the experience was great.

The "2nd" room has actually no door, just a courtine. The most problematic one was the "sofa bed", unfortunately really uncomfortable, I was touching on the supporting metal during sleep, I have literally back pain. However its kind of value for money.

Wow, very spacios, clean and well equiped apartment. There is nothing that you can think of that is not available. Close to city center, always free parking spot. And Federica is one of the most kind and helpful hosts I've ever met. Thank you for making our stay perfect, wish we could spend more days with you

There is noting not to like

Everything was perfect, apartment is great and you can find everything you will eneed in it. Our hosts Federica and Pier was really cool and they helped us really much the first night and came to pick us up in the centre of the city for the late check in at 23h. If i ever come back to Catania i know where will i stay :)

Very spacey apartment and very well equipped. Walking distance to the centre, quiet neighbourhood. Morning sun and afternoon sun into the main room.

Shower water drains slowly – you are standing in the water, the faucet in bathroom sink has only cold water and the bedroom is a bit smelly.
