Location was great. Very cosy. Ideal for a group of friends on a night out in Chester. Correspondence from host was brilliant.

Could do with more mirrors - at least one full length mirror!

Position of accommodation to shops etc was amazing. Accommodation itself had everything we needed. Nice and clean.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Living area was a bit tired looking. It needs more mirrors for getting ready. Just bathroom mirrors are too small.

Location is the only positive I have for this property.

It is in a really unkempt state. The arms of the sofa are hanging off, we shut one of the bedroom doors and the handle fell off in our hands. When I went to open the table out, the side fell off because it wasn't attached together properly, was very close to getting the screw in my hand. The downstairs living area is small and they had a great photographer, clearly. I also don't like that I have raised several issues with the company and they are not responding. It is nearly 3 weeks since the stay. Very disappointed. It isn't cheap enough to justify all of the problems. The shower heads were also unclean, we did mention this to them and they offered to get someone to come in while we were there to clean them, they hadn't been done for a while!
