One roll of toilet paper for four days and no paper towels or floor mat for the bathroom. TP was any easy fix at the grocery store. Can also hear everything the neighbors say or do.

Stayed on the fifth floor. Very nice view. A kettle, microwave, cooktop, cutlery, pans, plates, mugs, glasses, and iron were provided. Room size was ok for a couple with a kid.

A significant problem was the malfunctioning ski locker. This forced us to carry our equipment to our room, a considerable inconvenience. Although the owner kindly offered an alternative locker, the receptionist's unreliability made it almost unusable. She was consistently unavailable to open or close it for us, despite repeated requests and promises. The room could benefit from more floor cloths. Despite our best efforts, snow inevitably came in with our gear, making the floor damp. More clothes would have helped manage this. Finally, the shower design needs attention. The enclosure isn't watertight, resulting in water running onto the bathroom floor. This can make the bathroom messy.
