Great apartment in a central location! The host was very nice and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook, and having a washing machine was a big advantage. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

For some reason there is another person living in the apartment next to us that we had to maintain quite from 8pm

The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Would recommend it to anyone.

The front door needed chaulking around the seams.

Clean and big accommodation. Very nice host and very good location (3 mins walk to the center of La Fortuna). Given that a good value for money. Plus there is a washing machine which is quite useful for longer trips in Costa Rica.

The cockroaches taught me some lessons

All windows kept open before I came. I came in the middle of a rainstorm because of atrocious amounts of bugs in another apartment. This one is bad with giant cockroaches all over the bed. I am lucky they didn’t touch me and I noticed them in the dark. I stayed in the bathroom until 4 am when I left.

Flat on the ground floor. The house is situated at the corner of 2 small streets, 4 mn from La Fortuna 's center. One living/ dining room with a Sofa. Small kitchen. Equipped but not new, with an induction hob with only one fire. Some cutlery. Pans and some cooking tools that are not simple to use. Better to ask Olga how to use them (she did it but finally it didn't get to my poor brain). One washing machine in the next small room that I didn't use. The room is separated with a door. Large and comfortable bed. TV. Strong Wi-Fi. Bathroom correct large enough. Hot water. Price quite good. Finally overall the studio is relatively large. Some good quality restaurants close (50 m).

A little bit of noise when a car or motorcycle pass by the street but nothing wrong compared to La Fortuna's center. Clothes drying rack to change. Almost impossible to use.

Great appartment, just outside the city center, perfect to go downtown walking. The place is big with a nice little kitchen and we could use the washing machine which was really appreciated too. Thanks Olga for everything !

We booked this apartment the evening before, we stayed only one night. It is a clean and comfortable apartment with parking in the center of La Fortuna. The host is very friendly.
