Cómoda. Buena ubicación. Funcional.

Faltan útiles de aseo como limpia pisos, escoba, bolsas de basura. También mejorar aislamiento ya que el ruido exterior se escuchaba fuerte en el dormitorio.

El departamento cumple con lo ofrecido,La ubicación del departamento cerca de todo , Don Genaro muy amable accedió a algunas solicitudes de ingreso más temprano y salia tardia sin ningún problema además solicite un electrodoméstico y lo proporciono sin ningún problema

Yo solo diría que como oportunidad de mejora dejaría como comentário que el colchón de la cama se encuentra en muy malas condiciones.

Lage, Preis-Leistung, Flexibilität, sehr sicheres Gebäude

Die Kommunikation insbesondere bezüglich der Zahlung war sehr kompliziert. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber (Haare in der Dusche, viel Staub und Dreck in der Küche). Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können (Salz, Pfeffer).
