Central Park Residence

We liked the location the most. The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment also has all the equipment and facilities you need for daily life.

The place needs a better pest control.

The location is excellent, right above Central Park Mall. The unit was spacious enough for accommodating family and friends temporarily. The property includes gym and pool facilities, which we made good use of during our stay. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs.

While the accommodation was generally comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some areas were a bit dusty, and only empty cans of bug spray were provided. Given the Indonesian climate, it would be beneficial if bug spray were provided proactively, similar to how the unit was cleaned without being asked.

We like everything, just the bunkbed was slightly high, but so many bed so no big deal. Some suggestions to add: - Qiblah finder - Some laundry detergent - a new broom set

The location just above Central Park Mall, beautiful view of Jakarta from the balcony, the rooms were spacious. Kitchen essentials (microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle). Washing machine with some extra clothes hangers are amazing! Would stay again in the future

The bathroom’s lighting felt drab, a bit dusty on some area of the floor

Convenience as it’s located above Central Park mall, however white blinds were very dusty, it’s was not perfect for family to stay more than couple days as kitchen facilities were barely functional hence we need to buy our own, it would be perfect if the apartment equipped with functional stuff to make us feel like our home.

Bin liners were too small, no towels hanger as we need to convert shoe rack to hang undies, cooking stuff were barely functional hence we need to buy our own, fire hydrant were set off loudly each day at different time which scared us enough to get ready for evacuation.

great location, clean, has lots of space, host very responsive and helpful

some issues with the TV, but wasn't home a lot so it wasn't a big deal
