Birch view apartment

Newly renovated apartment. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, stylishly furnished, there is everything you need. New double bed mattress. Spacious room.

There is not enough parking spaces near the house, you have to go further. There was no elements of coziness in a room.

The host and the helper were nice, polite and the most important thing - flexible. They were ok with us arriving later than check-in time and leaving later than check-out time. The interior was quite nice too and the Birch View Apartment lived up to its name as it indeed had the view with the Birch :) Actually, it is the only view, bet is gave the sense of nature and privacy which is rare for this type of neighborhoods.

We got extremely lucky there was one parking spot near the entrance, but while driving around the parking lot we noticed that there is almost no parking in the evening. The common areas of the building are terrible (the stairwell, the elevator etc.). The house is maintained very poorly. There was no microwave in this "well-equipped" (as per description) kitchen and the refrigerator was turned off! We brought frozen food and got it thawed as the refrigerator/freezer didn't start cooling for a few hours. The electric sockets gave sparks every time they were used. There were sheets drying in the apartment (not our sheets). Finally, the description of this place said "fruit for guests", but no, there were no fruit :)
