"A comfortable 3 bed apartment in Heaton great for a group visiting Newcastle"

Comfortable beds and cosy heating. Spacious lounge, with comfy sofas. Easy access and good communication with host. Clean and tidy throughout.

Water not draining in washbasin, flickering light fitting in one bedroom, door fallen off the tumble dryer, toilet seat had to be fixed by hubby. Kitchen equipment old and grubby. Badly kept front garden and back yard had rubbish in it.
