There was nothing not to like. The decor was gorgeous. The towel rails worked...always a bonus! Luxurious bedding and a fab kitchen. A huge smart TV in lounge and both bedrooms. Lovely little touches like Newcastle themed pictures in hall. The hot tub was so lovely. a secret oasis! Showers super. Great location and faultless communication with Kristopher.

I had a slight problem as I managed to put the child lock on the electric oven. (Always read instructions first before pressing buttons.) Within minutes, Kristopher told me how to fix it. Fantastic!
