Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable with a TV in each room. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay and there was a large fridge. The property was warm and the heating was easy to control. Bathroom small but clean with a lovely waterfall shower. The location was quiet but there were plenty of amenities close by (recommend the Cog and Wheel) and a metro station only a short walk away.

Only tea and sugar provided, no coffee (or milk) It would have been useful to have a full size ironing board.

Smart and modern decorated flat in great location. Owner was responsive when I called him for the code on day off arrival. The kids enjoyed having a large bed and large TV in each room. There are 2 or 3 saucepans. Some plates and cutlery, enough to make a pasta dinner for 5 people. There are two stools at a breakfast bar for eating. The other three of us sat on the sofas to eat with plates on our laps. Heating and hot water worked well. There was a wireless room thermostat in the kitchen and you could use up and down arrow buttons to adjust the temperature. I worked this out myself as I didn't see any instructions. There is one shower room containing basin and toilet. Shower was modern and spacious and worked well. The basin was large with a nice mirror. I couldn't seem to get the plug to stay down but that was a small issue. Overall we had a great stay in a luxurious and well located flat. Newcastle is a brilliant city to get around and so much for the kids to see (life science centre, Whitley bay, Baltic, bridges over Tyne).

We loved the location, the size of the space, the bathroom, the beds and all the amenities.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Only one bathroom and some dust behind /under furniture - but nothing dramatic

Great facilities, clean and finished well. All the rooms were great and the bathroom is sensational. The local area is handy for restaurants and shops. Value for money is out of this world. Really great little place with handy parking.

Sofa could do with a clean, there was a bit of a smell to it. Outdoor area needs some love. Blinds in the front room are useless, could do with a curtain. Broken cupboard door on the cupboard to the right of the tv. Swap the front bedroom tv with the living room tv.
