Anne Guest House

The family who own this guest house are so lovely and helpful. we have been in India for a month and this is the best place we have stayed so far, we loved it:) The room was spacious and very clean. amazing view from the rooftop restaurant. Tasty food. we did laundry and our clothes smelt so fresh and clean. we couldn’t recommend this place enough you have to stay! Thank you so much:)

The property is located in old city with a magnificent view of the Mehrangarh Fort. The location of the property also gives a chance to explore the old city. The hosts were very courteous . I got introduced to all of the family and their extended family and felt very local and welcome. The food was home cooked and very tasty. The evenings on the terrace gives a view which is the best part of staying here

Actually everything was nice and as expected and described . No problems . Basic Guesthouse but one of the best / most welcoming places I have stayed in recently . Make sure when you travel to the guest house from the airport or from elsewhere , take an three wheeler -auto ( Tuk tuk auto ) Even this was fun. The hosts provide travel for guests to move around the city in one of their local arrangements.

rooms are small and there is no such thing as ventilation in the room u will feel suffocation parking is not available there you have to park in a temple parking and have to walk to the hotel carrying your luggage no attached washrooms are there you have to go to common washroom’s

Ilu is a wonderful host. I arrived in early am due to delays on train. She was still up and gave me food. She is very helpful.

Central location, splendid view, next to Mehrangarh Fort. Atypic house, the back wall is the rock of the cliff. Wonderful welcome from the whole family. Ilu is an excellent host, she goes out of her way to make your stay a good experience.

Careful when booking, some rooms have a shared bathroom. Each country having their own standards of hygiene, Anne's guest house is well above average of Indian standards.

Very nice guesthouse run by a very friendly family. Very good food a spectacular building and view to the ford.

seperate bathroom should be given, location is very remote very hard to reach though the host picked us from 1.5 km far. room rate is cheap but travelling cost to location will cost more.

The family is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ilu's home-cooked meals were very tasty and the view from my room balcony and the rooftop were spectacular. The guesthouse is built into Mehrangargh Fort and is directly accessible via a 5 min walk up a passage from the back of the house.

This is a lovely place with spectacular view to the fort and the city. Anne is really nice person and could help with all our questions 🤗
