Valletta and Grand Harbour Lookout

- Easy check in and check out - very spacious apartment, big and nice rooms, huge terrace - Terrace and hot tub was amazing, amazing views - amazing location, very close to Birgo- which is very underrated compared to Valletta which we liked less than Birgo - we rented a car, had absolutely no problem parking

- you can see wear and tear on most of furniture and appliances. They were not dirty, but “rust” and old plastics on faucets and showers make them seem dirty, a little renovation especially of bathrooms will be needed shortly - there was almost constant low frequency rumbling noise probably from water facilities in the skylight

We had a lovely stay overall and wanted to highlight a few things for future travelers: The Highlights Prime Location: The apartment is situated in a fantastic area—close to everything we needed. Excellent Communication: The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Any time we had an issue, they were super quick to get back to us, which we really appreciated. The View: The facilities are great, but the view from the balcony is the absolute star of the show!

Jacuzzi Heating: If you’re visiting during the colder months, be aware that the jacuzzi takes about 10 hours to warm up. Because of the building rules, you can't leave it on while you’re out, so it actually took us a few days to get it up to a comfortable 35°C. Plan your soak sessions in advance! Cleanliness: This was the main downside. The apartment felt a little "filthy" in spots and definitely needs more focus during turnovers. Maintenance: Some of the cleaning supplies, like the mop and toilet brush, are quite old and dirty. the place would really benefit from some fresh, new basic equipment.

L'humidité, manque de lave vaisselle, sèche linge ne fonctionne pas, les équipements étaient incomplets ou obsolètes (douche, cuisine). Jacuzzi en arrivant il était à 19°.
