The location was ideal, and we received a complimentary (free) bus pass for all three of us upon our arrival. We used the bus to get to Basel, Switzerland, and other parts of Germany. We were also blessed to be able to rent a car at a reasonable price from our hosts! So we had all the transportation options we needed at our fingertips.

We had very few recommendations for improvement. We did mention the need for a non-slip mat in the shower for seniors.

The hosts are very warm and nice. Very responsive to your problems. The location is very good. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.

No washing machine, the heat provision is not 24 hours. The apartment is not warm enough during sleeping hours in the winter and the hot water shower is not available after 8pm.
