View from the window is the only thing we liked in "inspiration" apartment no. 17. Expect view to Sniežka and Kopa if you dare to order this apartment.

1. Apartments order was really a mess. Lot's of photos, which do not correspond reality. Placing an order, you believe, you order one room facilities with main photo's about it, after checking in you will find totally another. Staff is explaining, that orders are automated and you are a fool if you didn't understood which apartment you are ordering. 2. Price is inadequate for the "inspiration" apartment. And you will not find it till you confirm the order. Be very careful while placing the order and check every photo, every tab in booking, because they are offering lot's of apartments on one offer and expecting one you might order totally another. 3. We asked to check-in earlier than registered 15h, but received strick NO. Came to apartment at ~19h and it looked like it was not cleaned still. Dirty table, dust on the floor and in the bathroom. Broken kettle. Not all handles on the closet. Shelf, which holds microwave, looks like its ready to brake any minute. Bad smell from the dishwasher. And thats not all bad things I found there after check-in. Staff wanted to send cleaning service next day before lunch only. But we cleaned some things by ourselves already. 4. Don't expect to sleep in the summer. There is no curtains or any windows covers in the bedroom. Sun comes up at ~4 in the morning. Have much more to add, but review space is limited here.
