easy access to the door codes

The apartment is nice but very noisy! We can hear chairs being move constantly upstair. Kids running in the apartment and hallway. I do not understand why we have to empty the garbage and wash the towels before we leave? We paid $220 for cleaning fee. I would think twice renting this unit again.
