1. Телевізор не працює. Якийсь китайський ширпотреб 2. Шумоізоляції із сусіднім номером немає. Не погана шумоізоляція, а немає. 3. Дивна сама будівля. Мені здається, початково нежитлового призначення. 4. Завищена ціна

Все чисто, в помешканні приємно та комфортно є все необхідне. Зручне розташування. Дуже приємні господарі, всі питання вирішувались дуже швидко ( потрібно було раннє заселення та пізніше виселетись). Дуже задоволена, рекомендую.
