Сподобалось місце - самий центр, але тиха вулиця, поруч є кав'ярні. Дуже сподобався відкритий балкон. Сама квартира чиста та охайна

Бочок від унітаза трохи протікав. Також було не супер зручно те, що я жила в квартирі тиждень, але мені залишили лише один сміттєвий пакет та один рулон туалетного паперу. Це не критично, я купила це сама і напевно могла б попросити у власника, але купити самій було простіше

Very nice Appartment Building in central Kharkiv. Appartments tidy, the landlords helpful and friendly. Washing machine, fridge, flatiron and air-con in good state of affairs. Space is ok for 1-2 persons. Balkony to the courtyard or street. (Very) basic kitchen equipment. Beautiful neighborhood, ATM, shops, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars and supermarkets nearby, and some in close vicinity. Also bus and tram stops and parks. Overall, I can really recommend the place, and it was already my third stay. Would come back.

Kitchen equipment very basic. If you like extensive cooking, it's not your place. Bathroom extremely small. Mattraces and pillows a bit outworn.

It was already my second stay in this building. Appartment is in central Kharkiv. Several supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants nearby. Venues like Shevtchenko Park, University, Sumska Market Hall, Maidan Nesaleshnosti in walking distance. Appartment is tidy, enough space for two person, balkony. It's equipped with a washing machine, flatiron, heating, kitchenette. Very calm house, windows and balkony to the courtyard. Lift available, but because of possible power outages I never used it. Landlord is friendly and helpful, best to be contacted via telephone. I liked the place very much and can recommend it.

Kitchen is a bit underequipped. For people who want to cook more than coffee or fried eggs it may not be sufficient. Bathroom is very small. But overall, appartment is very recommendable, I will return for sure.
