"the apartment was cold and the WC was not possible to use easily."

first, when I arrived she told me, she had canceled my booking without informing booking.com. but after a few hours, she informed me that it was possible but check-in is 18:00 PM.

Good communication, nice host, clean and good equipped apartment (incl. 1 bottle water for drink as the pipeline water is not for human consumption).

As a bigger man I faced some challenges to use the WC... it is only for really slim people :) I read in some reviews that this can happen but I didn't expect its measure.
