Harbour View Apartment Kinsale

Great location in the heart of the village and parking right outside. Large living space.

It’s clearly a well used property and everything is starting to look a little tired. For two families ie 4 adults this would be great value but when you are just 2 adults and 4 kids it’s definitely on the expensive side - though Ireland in general is much more expensive than the UK

Poor broken sofa uncomfortable bed balcony door jammed very unhappy

This property is not fit for rental . The shower in the main bathroom was leaking, and has been for some time as the water accumulated under the floor tiles so when you stood on them brown water came though the grouting and it had a very unpleasant smell. All bedroom curtains were hanging off rails with no clips , unable to close . The en-suite bathroom every time you flushed toilet the noise was unbearable… The door handle was broken.The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The duvet and towels were sooooo old , described like sandpaper drying one self . This property is certainly not fit for rental and the price paid was an absolute disgrace.

In need of repair as all items cheap , old and in need of some TLC . This property is not fit for rental .

Great location. Michael is a great host. Went through all the ins and outs of the apartment and gave us great tips on where to eat and day & evening entertainments.

Everything was perfect.

The location is fantastic. Good views. Walking distance to all that Kinsale has to offer: fine food; good restaurants and great pubs but … be prepared for Ireland’s high prices.

The property is tired and in need of updating in terms of bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen facilities. Curtains were barely hanging and shut out virtually no light. The reclining part of the sofa was broken. Parking is not included and is expensive- it can be found for free within Kinsale, but with a little less convenience.

Perfect location along the water in Kinsale. Great views and easy walk to everything Kinsale has to offer. Great stay for our family of four. Highly recommend.
