Locatie direct bij Altstadt, parkeergarage langs appartement. Keuken compleet ingericht. Direct in centrum en toch rustig gelegen aan gesloten binnenplaats.

Being met by a friendly and helpful landlord with local knowledge is always a big plus in a new city. Location for accessing both rivers (including boat tours) and the old town of Koblenz is excellent. Located on quiet courtyard. Apartment is very nicely presented.

Pedestrian access is very easy, but the underground carpark was somewhat challenging for tourists unused to old European cities.

The location of the property was good. Entry and exit of car park on the bank of the Mosel with access via lifts to the apartment. Pedestrian access via locked gate to Burgstrasse, a short walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to the bus station to connect with Koblenz main railway station with reasonably priced onward rail travel. We visited Cochem and Mainz. Great to leave the car behind for a change. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more besides! Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher provided. Great coffee machine with beans waiting to be ground, fan in the living area, TV. All cleaning items, i.e sponges, cloths, towels, dish soap, tablets, etc provided. We were very impressed with the thought that has gone into making this apartment a home from home.

Have tried to find something but there’s nothing to complain about.

Perfect location right on the banks of the Mosel river and the old town, could not be better. Ten minutes walk to Deutsche Eck and the Rhine river! Very friendly host, guided us in to the parking garage and explained everything briefly on arrival, and also came to check us out and to return the guarantee. Very roomy apartment for a couple, but I'm sure a third person could sleep on the couch. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and even has washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Dishwasher and tablets also present, and even a coffee maker and coffee beans. When we return to Koblenz we will certainly try to book here again.

A small negative: while the kitchen is indeed fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, and utensils, there was no salt, pepper, oil, or other condiments present. Having spent our last two holidays in similar apartments where the kitchen was stocked with condiments and cooking oil, this was a small letdown. I would suggest to the owner to provide a small selection of cooking necessities to enable guests to prepare their own meals. That said, Koblenz is full of very good and quite inexpensive restaurants!
