Mooi zeer ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan. Theepot, slijpstaal voor messen, scherpe messen, al het bestek dat je nodig hebt, zelf een smoothie mixer, 2 koelkasten, vriezer, droger, wasmachine,.......... Modern en praktisch ingericht. Uitzicht op moessel dal en stad. Bovenaan heuvel, als je van wandelen houdt en niet bang bent voor wat stevige heuvels, loop dan vanuit het appartement over de begraafplaats naar de stad. Die begraafplaats is eerder een prachtig park met hier en daar verstopt tussen bomen wat grafzerken. Als je de straat uitloopt, kan je naar rechts, even stukje stijl klimmen en dan links de begraafplaats op of naar rechts maar dan mis je een stuk van de begraafplaats. Terugweg kan je evt. via het centraal station naar boven.

De theepot, zo'n japans achtig ding waaruit ik niet kon schenken zonder te morsen en die de thee niet echt warm hield. Maar dit is alleen maar omdat die vraag wordt gesteld. Alles is goed geregeld!

The apartment was stunning and beautifully appointed. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with a panoramic view overlooking Koblenz was just perfect. We spent 5 relaxing days exploring Koblenz and surrounding areas. A great base.

The apartment is very spacious and located at a nice and little exclusive area with stunning view of city Koblenz from the balcony. The facilities are great, well functioning and spotless, especially the washing machine and tumble dryer are lifesavers to those traveling for days from afar in summer. The host is very attentive and friendly, had everything planned and in place before arrival. We didn’t managed to communicate in English and I don’t speak German at all,but the host’s son was there to help who speaks perfect English. Also Ms Host always has her google translator ready whenever we need to talk. Parking was easy and safe just by right the opposite, so basically care free.

New, modern, spacious, very clean and cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, toaster coffee machine, induction plate, dishwasher and a lot of dishes, everything you might need), washer, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, toiletries, 2 bathrooms and no need to wait for hot water - it runs immediately, heating, 2 air conditioners (yes!), strong Wi-Fi, good mattress, electric shutters on the windows, a lot of parking space near the entrance. Everything is new and sparkling clean. The apartment has also a balcony and a great mountain view. The host is super-welcoming and helpful, with fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We rented the non-roof apartment. Note: There are 9 stairs down to the entrance from the main road and 9 stairs up to the apartment. No microwave oven - it is very rare in Germany. Overall -the best apartment we have rented ever. Definitely will return there again on our next visit to Germany. The apartment is superior - this is why we rented in Koblenz and were driving to other cities by car.

This high-end apartment with very complete and excellent facilities is located in the higher altitude area about just over 2 km from the main railway station of Koblenz. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony on the west side with a nice view over the town. Parking is on the main road and bikes can be parked near the house. The apartment can easily be reached by car with a navigation system or bike. However, reaching by bike requires an e-bike or well-trained person and we found the shortcut from the city centre advised by the bike’s navigation system difficult to find and too steep. We had a very nice stay and really appreciated the kind services.

all looked brand new. the apartment was very big and spacious. though it is only 1.1km from the town you need the car as the residence is on a hill so a fair strenuous walk
